The daily rates will be discounted for stays longer than 6 nights with the weekly rates, further lowered following a specific request if the stay exceeds 14 days in multiples of 7.
Assistance is guaranteed by the owners 24 hours a day. Check in can take place at times to be agreed with the owner at least 48 hours before arrival. It is however preferable in the afternoon from 17.00 (5.00 p. M.) at 19.30 (7.30 p. m.). There is a supplement of € 30.00 to be paid in cash on arrival in case of check in after 19.30 (7.30 p. M.) By 22.00 (10.00 p. M.). in case of arrival later than 22.00 (10.00 p. m.) the check will take place the next morning at 8.00-8.30 a. m ..
Check out at 10:30 am unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

The stay is allowed for the number of people communicated at the time of booking, any changes must be agreed in advance.

The electricity consumption included in the rate is 60 Kwatt per week, on arrival the reading will be made and on departure if the established standard is exceeded, the supplement of € 0.30 per Kwatt will be applied.
The apartment must be left tidy and clean as found on arrival. The supplement for cleaning costs does not include kitchen and dishes which must however be left clean. Please throw the garbage in the bins near the house before checking out. Violations of this rule imply a penalty of € 50.00.
In case of any malfunctions it is necessary to promptly inform the managers of the accommodation at the contact details provided.
In case of stays longer than a week, a set of spare linen will be provided every two people.
Smoking is allowed by airing the premises and taking care not to cause damage.
Small dogs with a quiet character are allowed, kennels and bowls can be provided on request.
